Why Gemstone lights
Here's what sets Gemstone apart from other permanent lights.
Warm white built in
Every light has its own warm white diode for everyday lighting, plus 16 million colours for holidays and game days.
Track that blends in
The track is matched to your trim, so it's hard to spot from the street during the day.
A highly rated app
The Gemstone app is rated 4.9 from more than 6,000 reviews. Pick from 26+ animations, build your own patterns or set your lights to come on at sunset.
Lifetime warranty on the lights
Gemstone is installed by authorized dealers rather than sold as a DIY kit, and the lights carry Gemstone's lifetime warranty when a dealer like CMN installs them.
Why the installer matters
Permanent lights are wired into your home and stay up for years, so the install needs to be right the first time. Our crews are licensed electricians, and Gemstone's warranty only applies when an authorized dealer like CMN does the work.

Questions
Don't see yours? Call (780) 487-9458.
How much do permanent lights cost?
It depends on how much roofline you want lit, how many gables and peaks your home has and how tall it is. Every price includes the lights and installation by our certified electricians. The estimator above gives you a ballpark, and we give you an exact price after we measure.
Why does it matter who installs them?
The lights are wired into your home's power and mounted on your roofline for years. Our crews are licensed electricians, and Gemstone's warranty only applies when an authorized dealer does the install.
Are they only for Christmas?
No. You can run warm white as everyday lighting and switch to colours for holidays, birthdays or game day.
Will I see the track during the day?
The track sits under your eaves and is colour-matched to your trim, so it's hard to spot from the street.
What does the warranty cover?
The lights carry Gemstone's lifetime warranty, and the rest of the system is covered for 10 years. The warranty only applies when an authorized Gemstone dealer like CMN does the install.
Do I need to be home for my on-site estimate?
We'll sort that out with you when we call to book the visit. Being there lets you ask questions and choose where the lights go, but we're happy to work around your schedule.
What happens to my old Christmas lights?
We'll take them down when we install your Gemstone lights.
Can you install before Christmas?
Let us know in the form when you want your lights up, and we'll go over install dates at your quote visit.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Ask us about financing options at your quote visit.
Do you serve my area?
We install across Edmonton and the surrounding area. Add your postal code to the form and we'll confirm.
